200 More Jobs Possibly Coming to Owensboro

Last week Alorica announced its move to Owensboro, bringing more than 800 employment opportunities with it. On Wednesday, we learned that another business could bring 200 more.

The emphasis here is on the word "could."

The jobs involve the Owensboro Riverport Authority and the railway that runs through it.

According to 14News' Shaelie Clark, there's also the matter of a contract between two companies, neither of which has been named.

So, as of right now, it's still in the "possibility" phase.
