The 2nd annual Moonlight Ride for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is TONIGHT in downtown Owensboro.  If you'd like to be a part of this awesome event, you still can!  Though online registration closed a couple of days ago, we'll have on-site registration available for just $35 per person.  Here are the complete details and a really cool video about the event that features local St. Jude patient, Ben Halbig!

The Moonlight Ride is a 12-mile bike ride around the City of Owensboro and we had an absolute blast last year.  This year, there are a couple of changes.  The primary change is that we'll have two flights this year.  The first group of riders out will be the avid riders- the folks who ride bikes all the time and are basically really fast!  The second group, where you'll find all of us here at WBKR, will be comprised of recreational riders who aren't trying to win the Tour de France.  LOL!

So, don't miss the Moonlight Ride.  We have a pre-ride celebration starting at 8pm with live music and more.  Then the Moonlight Ride begins promptly at 9:30pm.  We'll see you in downtown Owensboro as we raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!  No child should die in the dawn of life.
