Accumulating Snowfall Predicted for Friday, December 9th [Forecast]
The Weather Channel says we could see our first snow of the season next Friday, December 9th. Here are the details on what could be an accumulating snowfall.
According to The Weather Channel, on Friday, December 9th, we could see periods of rain and freezing rain throughout the day. Then, as nighttime approaches and the temperatures get cooler, that rain and freezing rain will likely turn to snow and we could see one to three inches overnight and into Saturday morning. As of now, those snow showers are forecast to continue into Saturday with additional accumulations of less than an inch expected.
Of course, we all know this forecast could change significantly before then, but we'll keep our eyes on it here at WBKR and WBKR.com.
