In the first phase, Alorica will be hiring customer engagement agents, supervisory roles, trainers, IT, HR and more.

Although hours for the Owensboro location have not been decided upon, jobs WILL be in multiple shifts.

Alorica VP Greg Bush characterizes the company as a "people to people" company. Alorica wants its customers to feel like they're "talking to neighbor."

The customer support company CHOSE Owensboro because of its business-friendly atmosphere and impressive strides in expansion.

Bush said that Owensboro's GO FAME program and the internship opportunities it provides was also a factor.
