Bill Mayfield, a Martial Arts Expert and Keeley Edwards assistant director of Blissful Beginnings Preschool talked about Kids, Faith and Fitness!
There is so much to offer little ones at Blissful Beginnings Preschool. This fairly new preschool also offers wrap around care along with a top notch Christian preschool program. They are also a fine arts type of preschool offering martial arts 3 days a week, dance and much more. Physical activity is very important to them and the children play outside every day that it is possible. They also participate in child care assistance STARS program a national program that is in place to raise the standard of care in early childhood education
Blissful Beginnings believes that play & engagement is the key to a child's ability/desire to learn. I totally agree! Bill Mayfield Owner/Instructor at Hidden Samurai Martial Arts demonstrates a warm up exercise that he does with the children. You will love this segment, the kids are adorable! I love the way Bill incorporates fine motor skills into his warm up along with explosive movement that will keep kids energized, healthy, and having lots of Fun!
