Bob Evans Owensboro Shuttering Part of Nationwide Mass Closures [VIDEO]

This weekend, we all learned that Bob Evans on 54 was shutting down. And, once again, it was sudden. No warning.

What we've come to learn is that Owensboro's Bob Evans is one of two Kentucky locations that shut their doors this weekend, the other being the restaurant in Richmond.

But the picture is bigger than that.

Bob Evans Farms has announced the nationwide closings of 27 of its restaurants in Florida, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia.

What's more, six locations that have yet to be named will close in 2017.

Twenty Bob Evans restaurants closed in 2015.
