Breaking News: Late Night Stabbing Involved Two Owensboro Residents

It seems lately there has been a lot of "breaking news" coming out of Owensboro.  Unfortunately, more often than not the news isn't good.  We received news from the Owensboro Police Department this morning that around 12:30 a.m. OPD officers were called to the 900 block of Walnut Street to investigate a reported stabbing.  When officers arrived they found one male and one female victim each had several stab wounds.  Both were taken to Owensboro Health, treated, the male victim was released, the female is still in critical condition according to OPD.

No names have been released at this time.  The case is currently under investigation.
