Earlier Tuesday, we told you Kentucky Wesleyan College was ranked in the top 15 of U.S. News & World Report's "Best Colleges in the South" list, well, Brescia has been included in the list too, they are ranked at number 32.

The U.S. News ranking focuses on academic excellence, with schools ranked on up to 16 measures of academic quality. Undergraduate academic reputation, retention, faculty resources, student selectivity, financial resources, and alumni giving rate are among the other factors considered in the ranking. This is the second honor in just the last few weeks for the Owensboro institution. Brescia was recently listed as the 5th Fastest Growing Catholic College in the nation. The school also earned a "Best College in the Southeast" honor from the Princeton Review.
