Cinderella's Closet is hosting a Community Dress Drive and they need your help in sending juniors and seniors from Western Kentucky and Southern Indiana to prom.

Cinderella's Closet

Cinderella’s Closet of Western Kentucky is located at Owensboro Christian Church, located at 2818 New Hartford Road, Owensboro.  Donations can be made at the following drop-off locations:

Owensboro Christian Church Main Office (Entrance A)- Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm.

Daviess County High School (front office) M-F 8am-3pm

Apollo High School (front office) M-F 8am-3pm

Independence Bank (main branch across from Starbucks) Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-6pm or Saturdays 9am-12pm.

Members of our community and WBKR listening area are invited to donate gently used formal gowns; gently used formal shoes; formal jewelry; or monetary donations.

Cinderella’s Closet provides formal wear to girls who otherwise could not afford to attend their high school proms. Through generous donations of pre-loved formal dresses and accessories that are still in excellent condition, Cinderella’s Closet is able to “turn dresses into dreams” for high school juniors and seniors throughout western Kentucky (and southern Indiana) who are referred to our organization through their schools.

Even more than a dress, Cinderella’s Closet provides an unforgettable, amazing experience for these young ladies. From the moment our princesses dance through the doors, they are greeted with an environment of grace, love, and respect. It is our mission that they leave knowing they are cherished. In 2016, with your help Cinderella’s Closet of Western Kentucky will make the dreams of nearly 100 girls come true. Be a part of something truly special!

All donations are tax deductible. A tax receipt will be provided as items are received.
