On Friday, May 18th, the Dunkin' Donuts in Owensboro is going to look like it's being raided by the police.  But, don't be alarmed!  Police will be surrounding the location for sure.  And, they're even going to be on top of the roof raising money for a terrific cause.

The Daviess County Sheriff's Department, Owensboro City Police Department and officers from the Daviess County Detention Center are participating in Cops on a Rooftop for Special Olympics Kentucky.  And, yes!  From 6:30am to Noon, Friday, May 18th, there really will be cops on the roof of Dunkin' Donuts.  But the only thing they'll be armed with are buckets that you can place donations in!  If you come by to make a donation, the officers will lower the buckets down to you . . . then hoist 'em back up when you've contributed!

Plus, there will be officers working the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru trying to collect as much money as possible for the amazing athletes of Special Olympics Kentucky.

So, make your May 18th breakfast and lunch plans at Dunkin' Donuts!  WBKR's Barb Birgy will be on hand broadcasting live as well.
