Daviess County (Ky) White Flag Policy In Effect Tonight

The Daviess County (Ky) Emergency Management Agency has issued a White Flag policy for tonight, Sunday, January 10th, 2016. Due to the extremely cold weather conditions, citizens are being asked to get this information to those in our community who are homeless or in need of a safe, warm place to stay tonight.
