UPDATE:

In speaking to Dinesh Goyal, the owner/operator of the business, Tri-State Medical Labratory, which has been in business for 15 years in the Owensboro community, was caught up in the investigation of another lab. FBI agents seized computer documents as evidence in this ongoing investigation against another party that the local labratory does business with.

Goyal told me, "We didn't do anything wrong. We were caught up in this investigation. And, we are still open for business."
