As if a winter storm warning and threats of upwards of 12 inches of snow weren't enough, parts of the tri-state have been issued flood warnings.

And, let's face it, we have had an extraordinary amount of rain over the last 24 hours, so I guess it doesn't come as a huge surprise.

.Recent snowmelt and heavy rainfall the past couple of days will cause river levels to
rise along several points on the Ohio River.
