Freezing Rain Advisory Issued for Roughly Half of the Tri-State

The National Weather Service has issued a Freezing Rain Advisory for the tri-state, but not all of it.

In fact, I'd say, based on Eyewitness News Chief Meteorologist Wayne Hart's tweet, it's almost exactly HALF the tri-state.

He's made a point of saying this is NOT an ice storm, but a glaze on the roads is more than enough for us take all necessary precautions.
