Congrats are in order for both Giuliana Rancic and Tori Spelling. The E! anchor and the actress each welcomed sons this week.

After a very public struggle with infertility, which they documented on their ‘Giuliana and Bill’ reality show, Rancic and her husband Bill are finally parents. Their son, Edward Duke Rancic, was born via gestational surrogate at 10:12 p.m. on Wednesday in Denver, Colorado.

“Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives,” Giuliana, 37, said. “Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!”

Both Giuliana and Bill were in the delivery during the labor, which spanned four hours. Bill, 41, cut the umbilical cord, while Giuliana was first to hold the infant.

The couple endured IVF treatments and a miscarriage while trying to conceive. Giuliana had planned another round of IVF last summer when she discovered she had breast cancer. She underwent a double mastectomy and is now free of cancer. It’s as though Edward had a part in Giuliana’s survival. Had she not gone for another round of IVT, they might not have detected the disease so early.

The Rancics, who reside in both Los Angeles and Chicago, plan to take little Edward to the Windy City first.

“We’re going to go from Colorado to Chicago and then spend September and October in Chicago. And then we’ll come back to the West Coast,” Bill said last month. They will take road trips to both Chicago and California, since little Edward is too young to fly.

Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed their fourth child, a boy named Finn Davey McDermott, the old-fashioned way. Finn entered the world on Thursday, Aug. 30 at 5:39 p.m. He joins older siblings Liam, 5; Stella, 4; and Hattie, who is just 10 months old. Spelling got preggers with Finn only a few months after giving birth to Hattie.

Spelling shared a photo of Finn’s finger wrapped around hers, and revealed that Finn was 6 lbs., 6 oz., and 20 inches long.
