Henderson's program will target middle and high school students in the district who "participate in any athletic/extracurricular activity" and "students who apply for a permit to drive.  The proposal is the result of a committee that has been collaborating since the beginning of the school year and school officials will present the formal plan at an informational forum this week.

That informational meeting is set for Wednesday, February 1st at 5:30pm in the Henderson County High School cafeteria.  Parents and students are invited to attend.
