64-year-old John Grabinski of Ozark, Illinois pulled a gun at a Paducah, Kentucky Cinemark Theater over the weekend. And now Paducah police have issued a warrant for his arrest.

Grabinski was sitting in front of 38-year-old John Hempen of Paducah and his 14-year-old son.

Grabinski became angered and started cursing when the boy wouldn't quit kicking the back of his theatre seat.

When the boy's father stepped in, he and Grabinski got into a heated argument that led to a fight, at which point the gun came out.

WKMS reports that theatre employees and patrons escorted Grabinski outside.

He's been charged with first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault and menacing and has been banned from ALL Cinemark properties.
