Historic Newburgh, Inc. is hosting a Victorian Hat Creation Party in preparation for Newburgh Celebrates Christmas which is the first full weekend in December.  Those interested in participating, bring a winter hat on November 10th at 6 pm to the Historic Newburgh, Inc. Headquarters and we will together turn it into a Victorian Creation.  The wilder the better!  This will also be the informational meeting about costumes, characters and musicians.

Newburgh Celebrates Christmas – All weekend, December 6-7, people will be dressed in period costume, there will be trolley tours with a hop on hop off shopper bus, Find the Elf Scavenger Hunt, Photos with Santa, Newburgh Museum exhibit and taster of plum pudding, carolers, musicians, dancers and even chestnuts roasting on the open fire.  Sunday evening at 5:30 there will be a public concert by the Castle Knight Sensations and then the lighting of the Town Christmas trees.
