Nationwide Blackout is Not Happening Next Week

I cringe at the thought 2017 became the year of fake news, yet here we are with another elaborate falsehood. 

There's a viral video going around where a Michigan woman is claiming the Department of Defense will be enacting a nationwide blackout on the dates of November 4th through the 6th. Here's a report:
