The Owensboro Museum of Science and History is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a Masquerade Ball at the RiverPark Center on Saturday, October 29th.

The "Solid Gold Celebration" is a fundraising event to create more programs and continued success in the region. Black tie optional, catering by Moonlite, cocktails will begin at 6:30 p.m. Music and dancing will begin at 8:00 p.m. with entertainment provided by Rock & Roll Pianos. There will be a masquerade costume contest and an auction of artist Peter O'Neill's original painting for the event.

Children of attendees of the ball will have their own party at the museum, the Boo Bash! There will be fun activities and dinner for all ages. Tickets for the Boo Bash are available until this Friday, October 21st.

Both events will run 6 pm-11pm. Tickets are still available for the Masquerade Ball HERE.
