Owensboro Police Have Charged Two Suspects in Boiler Room Robbery

Yesterday, Owensboro police responded to a robbery call at the Boiler Room on Walnut. Today, two suspects were charged.

21-year-old Chander E. Powell and 32-year-old David B. Reisz are being lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center after being charged with robbery Thursday morning.

The OPD is very appreciative of those folks who came forward with information about the robbery.

UPDATE – The Owensboro Police Department has charged two persons
believed to be involved in this crime.

At approximately 6:13 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26th, detectives charged
Chandler E. Powell with robbery. At approximately 11:56 a.m. on Thursday,
August 27th, detectives charged David B. Reisz with robbery. Both subjects are
lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.

The Owensboro Police Department wants to thank those who came forward with
information concerning this case. We cannot be effective without the help of a
