Owensboro Police Searching for Missing Adult

The Owensboro Police Department have issued a press release detailing the disappearance of 79-year-old David R. Sturgeon.

He was reported missing by a family member who informed the police that Mr. Sturgeon left his residence in the 2200 block of Landing Meadows on Thursday night, March 17th, at 7PM.

He was last seen at approximately 7:40PM, in the 1200 block of West Parrish Avenue, driving his white 2005 Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck which is registered in Kentucky with the plate number 896GLW.

David Sturgeon requires medication for diabetes. In the past, he has become disoriented as a result of his condition.

David R. Sturgeon is 5'08" tall and weighs 230 pounds. He has gray hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing glasses, a t-shirt, and jeans.

This situation is clearly dire.
