It's day one of the 2019 Kentucky General Assembly and 13th District State Representative Jim Glenn, who was re-elected by one vote in November, is still waiting to be officially seated in Frankfort.

Former representative D.J. Johnson challenged Glenn's victory with a recanvass which produced the same result, a one vote win for Glenn.

The next step, a nine-member House Election Contest Board, chosen by lottery at today's opening session, will oversee the challenge of the District 13 results.

The KY House will reconvene at Noon EST Wednesday.
