"For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse." Romans 1:20

Owensboro has a secret garden.  It's a beautiful place with winding paths and charming artwork.  Children are encouraged to roam freely here, skipping along the yellow brick road, giggling and tickling the flowers with their fingertips.  It's a place that relishes in blue skies and sunshine but also appreciates a cool, gray rain shower.  The garden is alive with color and texture; pink and yellow and blue and orange and every shade of green imaginable.  What a gem!  What a blessing!  What a showcase of God's creativity and joy! It is a place to find peace and remember the benefits of simplicity.

If you haven't visited the Western Kentucky Botanical Garden, I encourage you to grab your family and your Bible and go experience this magical place.  Especially after so much damage last week during our string of storms, it is comforting to be surrounded by spring's beauty again, to know that God shows his strength through storms and through calm.  There's no need for this secret garden to be kept a secret any longer.
