‘Strong as Jamie’ Fundraiser Set for February 28th [VIDEO]

I met Bob Bradley when he joined Andy Brasher and Dustin Bogue for a recent Wednesday afternoon visit at the WBKR studio. And he shared an amazing story.

Bob met a young girl named Jamie in October of 2014, and by accident, by the way.

This incredibly courageous cancer patient, full of spirit and positive energy, was such an inspiration to Bob that he was moved to write a song about her.

On the spot. On a plane back to Florida. He asked Andy to write music for it and the song "Strong as Jamie" is now an anthem for the bravery and strength of not only cancer patients but their families who are fighting this horrific disease.

A concert fundraiser is set for February 28th at Pangea.
