We've just learned that the Hayden family has partnered with the City of Owensboro for the unveiling of a sculpture to honor Nicky.

It's been almost at year since we lost MotoGP champ and Owensboro's own Nicky Hayden. One track he raced at has done something incredible in his honor.

At the time of Nicky Hayden's tragic accident this past May, his younger brother Roger was testing his bike at Pittsburgh International Race Complex. On Sunday, Roger returned to Pittsburgh to score his second victory of the season.

Funeral service details for Owensboro's Nicky Hayden have been released.

Friday After Five will be very special this week.  Very special indeed.  The outdoor concert series has announced plans to pay tribute to and honor Nicky Hayden.

Local artist, Aaron Kizer, painted this amazing portrait of Nicky Hayden, who will always be remembered as "The Kentucky Kid".

Three years ago, the first inductees to the Owensboro Walk of Fame were unveiled on 2nd street. The Hayden Brothers were part of that initial class and for very good reason. They’re the pride of Owensboro and now we’ve lost one of our own and we mourn.
