Temporary Tree Limb Collection in Owensboro

Everyone has been asking about tree branch pick-up after the recent wintery mix of ice and snow that hit the area last week. Here's what you need to know!

Branches are still crashing down all over the community after the recent weather event that hit the area on Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 and Thursday. Now, the clean up begins. The Birgy Arnold house is no exception. Our Weeping Willow is quite sad and probably won't make it. After Chris clipped the broken limbs, he wasn't sure what to do with the tree limb debris.

Starting on Monday, November 19th the Sanitation Department will be out on the streets of Owensboro working to clean things up! Be sure to get your clean up started so you don't miss out.

Reminders for limb collection:

•         Have limbs accessible at the curb

•         Do not block sidewalks

•         Do not place limbs in the roadway
