It's almost time for Camp Country!  WBKR's third annual Camp Country is Friday, August 24th and Saturday, August 25th at Diamond Lake Campground and Resort!  It's going to be two days full of country-flavored fun.  Here's the official schedule of events!

FRIDAY

5pm- The Angels for Ashley Fish Fry for St. Jude at Swim City Pavilion (bring an appetite because Jerry Morris and his team team will be cooking all weekend long to benefit the children of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital).

6pm-7pm- Live music w/ Courtney Peveler at Swim City Pavilion

7:30pm-8:45pm-  Registration for the Owensboro RV Scavenger Hunt at Swim City Pavilion.  Plus, Owensboro RV will have a selection of campers, toy haulers and RVs on site for tours!

9pm- The Owensboro RV Scavenger Hunt (you may want to bring a sense of adventure and a flashlight for a chance to win some fun prizes).  Hunt begins at Swim City Pavilion.  There are multiple sets of Holiday World tickets up for grabs!

SATURDAY

10a-2pm WBKR Camp Country Live Broadcast on The Country Station, 92.5 WBKR **You never know.  YOU could be a special guest on the radio!

10am-11am Cornhole Tournament registration begins at Swim City Pavilion.  $10 per team.  Cash prizes will be awarded.  32 teams max.  Double elimination.  First come, first served.

11am- WBKR's Country Cookout and Cornhole Tournament w/ plate lunches from the Angels for Ashley cooking team.  All proceeds will be benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!   Plus, meet and greet with WBKR air personalities.

11:30am- WBKR's Cornhole Tournament begins.

6pm- Doors and box office open for The WBKR Game Show

7pm- The WBKR Game Show at the Good Time Theatre- Admission $5 per person.  Contestants will be chosen from the audience and great prizes will be available!  It’s going to be fast, fun and hilarious!

Camp Country is presented by Henderson Chevrolet Buick GMC and it's shaping up to be the camping event of the year.  The campground still has a limited number of camping spots available and the general public is invited to join us for all activities!
