Oh, dang it!  It looks like Rhonda the Ram almost made the list.  The National Insurance Crime Bureau has published its list of The Top 10 Most Stolen Vehicles in each state for 2015.  And Kentuckians will be alarmed to know that some of those most popular makes and models are on the list.  Check it out!
