If you shop at Amazon.com, you may already be aware of the online retail giant's feature that allows you to help a designated charity through your purchases.

It's called AmazonSmile and it affords the shopper the opportunity to donate to a charity of his or her choice at no cost.

That's right.

When you activate this function at smile.amazon.com, you can choose a charity and then the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate 0.5% of your purchase of eligible smile.amazon.com products.

And the tens of millions of products that ARE eligible are marked "Eligible for AmazonSmile donation."

It's a great way to give to a charity of your choice with one simple click.

And since it IS so easy, I can understand why Tiffany Lauer of Cloverport made the VERY solid suggestion of using AmazonSmile to donate to the Owensboro Autism Network.

It's such a great idea.

And the Owensboro Autism Network is an AWESOME charitable cause.

But her suggestion really shines the light on our ability to help out SO many different charities using AmazonSmile.
