We are facing a double dose of severe weather on Thursday.  Parts of the WBKR listening area are facing an ENHANCED risk.  The southern parts of our listening area are under the gun even more.  They're facing a MODERATE risk and tornadoes, large hail and heavy rain are possible.

According to the National Weather Service:

There is a good chance of severe thunderstorm activity Thursday
across most of the area, from midday through late afternoon. The
area of greatest concern is western Kentucky at this time. Large
hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes will be possible. Locally
heavy rainfall is also possible.

Of course, we'll keep an eye to the sky tomorrow and, with our friends from Eyewitness News, will keep you posted if severe weather hits.  Stay tuned to 92.5 WBKR, WBKR.com and the WBKR Facebook page for complete coverage.
