WOMI Owensboro Seeking Part-Time Sales Executive

Are you passionate about the conservative political landscape? Townsquare Media has an exciting opening for a sales executive to join our sales team on a part-time basis and focus solely on our Newstalk1490 and 99.1 FM WOMI conservative talk brand in Owensboro.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about conservative talk so they can target and create new relationships with local and regional businesses in our area and relay why Newstalk 1490 and 99.1 FM WOMI will be a great fit for their business. The Sales Executive would be responsible for crafting, promoting, and selling advertising programs to both new and existing clients, which may include local radio, digital products such as display ads, streaming, loyalty programs, e-commerce and digital marketing services.
An ideal applicant would first and foremost be passionate and knowledgeable about the conservative political landscape. They must be comfortable with prospecting and cold calling, but also possess the ability to engage clients quickly and develop rapport through identifying a client’s needs and creating a needs analysis for the client. This person must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with previous sales experience preferred. Broadcast/digital sales experience and/or conservative political experience a plus!
