You Can Get a $13 Tattoo on Friday the 13th
Friday the 13th is an unofficial holiday for tattoo lovers! Several tattoo parlors in the tristate and around Kentucky will be offering $13 tattoos! Here are some of the places you can get one.

Lady Luck Lattoo in Owensboro on Scherm Road will offer $13 dollar tattoos with each artist having their own selected flash tattoos and Erin will be doing blind tattoos where you pick the area for your tattoo then she'll blindfold you put a tattoo of her choice in that area!
