Annual Owensboro Veterans Parade to Feature Veterans Meal

Owensboro's annual Veterans Parade is set for Saturday in downtown Owensboro.  And this year's event will feature a special meal for our local veterans.

Immediately following the November 5th Veterans Parade in downtown Owensboro, AMVETS Post 119 will provide a meal for our veterans who have participated in the parade.  The Veterans Parade begins at 2pm and is part of the huge Kentucky Remembers event that also includes a 5K run/walk at 8am and a huge concert event at RiverPark Center at 7pm.
