Earlier in the year, Bed Bath & Beyond reported the closing of up to 20 stores. That number is now close to 40 storefronts. We are unsure, at this time, the fate of our Evansville location.

My sister loves Bed Bath & Beyond and can spend hours in the store. I can't pull her out of there if we go together. My house is already full so I don't have any room for anything. Big or small, trust me, I already have it ALL. But, I let her shop til' she drops.

Well, according to a USA Today report released yesterday afternoon, most of the closings are expected after the holiday shopping season in early 2020, which means closeout deals for us. The report added that $350 million of inventory at retail will be removed from stores before the 2019 holiday season through a series of markdowns and clearance events. My sister will go crazy with all of those deals. I wonder what I'll get for Christmas this year?

As to the fate of the Evansville, we just don't know yet. Let's cross our fingers, toes and eyes. We'll keep you updated as we learn more.
