I wouldn't have guessed this for a second.  Honestly, if I was on a TV game show and the jackpot rested on the question, "Which state is home to the largest Christmas store in the world?", I would lose all my prize money. I'm not sure why, but I don't think Michigan would instantly pop into my mind.

Maybe that's because I live thirty minutes away from Santa Claus, Indiana, which is home to the Santa Claus Christmas Store.  That store is a massive and festive tribute to everything Christmas.

Maybe it's because I have also shopped through every square foot of The Incredible Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.  That place is massive as well.  It, too, is a virtual winter wonderland.

But my good friend Jacob Kiper and his family just visited Bronner's Christmas Wonderland in Frankenmuth, Michigan.

It is billed as "The World's Largest Year-Round Christmas Store" and, clocking in at 2.2 acres (which is nearly the size of two football fields) it likely is.

Bronner's is certainly home to an incredibly big Santa Claus!

It's home to a pretty epic snowman too!

And it's home to a really fun "Christmas tree", which shows the distance from Bronner's to major cities and other landmarks and tourist destinations around the country.

Here's a fun video peek inside.

Of course, a store this big is FULL of Christmas ornaments and Jacob snapped a couple of shots that capture some of the holiday magic.

Bronner's Christmas Wonderland is located, appropriately, at 25 Christmas Lane in Frankenmuth, Michigan, which Jacob describes as "like Gatlinburg, but a 100% German theme."

If you want to make a road trip, it's not quite to the North Pole. Frankenmuth, Michigan is roughly 500 miles from the tristate. That's about an 8-hour drive.
