Pop a Pose with Puppies and Raise Money for a New Shelter for One Indiana Rescue
One Southern Indiana animal rescue has been saving lives for forty years, and to continue on for decades to come, they are working to build a new facility. You can participate in some puppy yoga and help them on their way to seeing the new building come to fruition.
Puppies and Poses - a Partnership with WHS and The Flexibility Company
Warrick Humane Society will partner with The Flexibility Company to bring you Puppies and Poses - a yoga class to help raise funds for the new facility.
Want to Participate in Puppies and Poses?
If you're ready to participate in Puppies and Poses, there are a few things you need to know. Puppies and Poses takes place on Saturday, June 29, 2024, beginning at 10 am CST. The class is open to all yoga skill levels and the cost is $20 per person to participate in the class.
Where Does Puppies and Poses Take Place?
Puppies and Poses will take place in the grass of the shelter's new property, just down the road from the current location on Vann Road in Newburgh, Indiana. You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat or beach towel to use for the class.

More About Warrick Humane Society
Located in Newburgh, Indiana, Warrick Humane Society has been saving the lives of animals in the community for 40 years. What started in 1983 with just a few good-hearted people who opened their homes, has grown over the years to provide a no-kill shelter in Warrick County. They opened their doors on their facility in 1997.
Since WHS opened their building in 1997 and began actively working with Animal Control agencies and other rescue organizations, WHS has saved thousands of animals and placed them in loving homes... WHS does not receive any funding from taxes or any national organizations. WHS is funded entirely by individual and corporate donations, bequests, grants and fundraising events. Because all animals adopted by WHS are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treated for parasites and microchipped as well as receiving any other special care they may need, finding enough funding is always a challenge.
