Here’s Where You Can Do Yoga With Puppies in Owensboro
When I was in college, I had to have a gym/recreational credit. I wanted to try something new that didn't involve running or balls. I was also involved in a LOT of groups and organizations and needed a stress reliever. So, I signed up to learn Yoga.
More puppies > Less stress = Science
I think we could all benefit from some stress relief these days, am I right? Yoga is definitely one way to do that. Another way to send worries flying right out the window is to play with a puppy. More puppies > Less stress. I'm pretty sure science even backs that up!
