Well...it's not. It's actually pretty fascinating.

The KY Department of Criminal Justice Training is looking for volunteers to consume alcohol.

Now, before those stars in your eyes overtake you whole face, let me explain.

The department is conducting field sobriety training and participants will be consuming REGULATED amounts of alcohol and then be tested by basic training academy recruits.
