Some, or maybe many, questions about Kentucky's possible pension crisis may have been answered Wednesday morning with the release of the "Keeping the Promise" 10-point pension plan.

I know some folks who were stepping up retirement plans because of the uncertainty, and they may still continue on that course.

Kentucky governor Matt Bevin and leaders in the General Assembly revealed a plan that, among other things, will keep the retirement age where it is for current workers and will not reduce pension checks for retirees, whose health care benefits will be protected.
