Legion Park in Owensboro is Trashed Daily [VIDEO]

I drive by beautiful Legion Park in Owensboro every morning on my way to work and what I've seen lately has been bothering me. I think it will bother you too.

From the playground, to the exercise equipment. The spray park to the zip-line. The beautiful scenery, while strolling the paved walking path and the shelters. The tennis courts and basketball courts. Legion Park is a perfect outing for the entire family. Trip Advisor has it ranked as the #6 Best Things to Do in Owensboro based on reviews. So why are some people disrespecting the grounds? I'm not a preachy person but this truly bothers me and it should stop!
