Massive Fire at Owensboro’s Royal Arms Apartments [VIDEO]

It looked like, from my vantage point, that a fire has all but completely destroyed one of the buildings at the Royal Arms Apartment complex on Byers Avenue.

It appeared to be the building on the west end of the complex--Building B.

I'm not sure what you'll be able to tell from the video because that's as close as I could get, what with the smoke and all.

At this writing, it is still burning.
