Pennyrile Parkway, Henderson to WK Exchange, Is Now Officially I-69

The Edward T. Breathitt Pennyrile Parkway in Hopkins, Webster, and Henderson counties, a 42-mile stretch, has been officially renamed Interstate 69.

Crews still have to upgrade 52 miles of the Purchase Parkway from Fulton to Calvert City, a mile section of road between Fulton to Mayfield, and a five mile section from Henderson to the Indiana state line.
