Daviess County Sheriff Keith Cain Daviess County Sheriff Keith Cain says his Department has received reports that citizens of Daviess County are receiving automated phone calls on their cell phones from out of state. These people are portraying themselves as the "Daviess County Federal Teachers Credit Union".
