Schools out for SUMMER! Surely the kids have said at least a thousand times already that they are bored. We have found some activities to keep everyone sane and busy-->

Saturday the world celebrated the beloved Dr. Seuss. Every year around the time of his birthday lots of America. Angel Here and I got to attend the celebration at Burns Elementary School.

The Daviess County Public Schools will be accepting registrations in March for children who will begin preschool or kindergarten in August 2019.

With the arrival of fall comes school Fall Festivals! I loved attending these as a student and even more now as a parent with my own children.

The Daviess County Public Schools and Owensboro Public School Systems have teamed up for the second year in a row to encourage our community to support students in Owensboro-Daviess County as they prepare for the start of a new school year.

Angel here! I have been blessed in my life to have some of the most amazing jobs/careers. I was always told a person has at least five jobs before they retire and I have loved all mine!

The school year is winding down and Daviess County Public Schools have announced graduation dates for its three local high schools.

The price of school breakfast and lunch is going up in the next school year.  That announcement by the Daviess County Public Schools.  Here's the new list of prices and the reason for the increase.
