Chamber Events Wed. Night and Thursday at Hines Center

The Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce’s Owensboro Has It! expo preview will be held on Wednesday, June 6^th from 5-8 p.m. at the Hines Center, the evening prior to the Rooster Booster breakfast.

Come visit our 40+ sponsors and see all that Owensboro has to offer!  There will be free appetizers catered by the Miller House and a cash bar.

The only “cost” to attend is a business card that will be used to draw for numerous door prizes, including a $1,500 radio ad package from Towne Square Media and other local media outlets. Visit www.OwensboroHasIt.com to see a list of this year’s sponsors.

Thursday morning's Rooster Booster breakfast at the Hines Center will feature 13 local businesses and entrepreneurs competing for the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce’s prestigious Small Business and Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

The event is also the 9th annual Owensboro Has It! buy local expo. More than 40 sponsors will have exhibits at the breakfast, and the event is open to the public.  A crowd of more than 500 is expected. 

The Chamber will be officially welcoming their new President and CEO Amy Jackson at the event as well. 

The Rooster Booster breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Hines Center in Philpot. Tickets for the breakfast are $10. Reservations can be made online at Owensboro.com/chamber or by calling the Chamber at 270-926-1860.  Please RSVP by noon on Wednesday, June 6^th.
