Congressman Brett Guthrie will be back in the Big O tomorrow to visit Ken-Tron. The visit coincides with the first-ever national “Manufacturing Day,” as recognized by the National Association of Manufacturers. Ken-Tron Manufacturing produces custom metal stampings and wire forms in Owensboro.You are invited to attend the meeting. Ken-Tron Manufacturing is at 610 Industrial Drive. Guthrie is to appear from 1 until 1:45 pm.

Ken-Tron produces metal stampings from a variety of materials in every shape imaginable. They have a number of in-house stamping processes that ensurse the quality and precision.

Their wire products can either be formed or drawn from a number of materials. Their wire forms include springs, clips, pins and rings that can be used for thousands of applications and the drawn wire products include steel wire, brass wire, nickel and stainless steel wire, just to name a few materials.

Founded in 1960, in 1983 Robert Hudson and W.C. Cundiff purchased Kentucky Electronics' Owensboro plant and renamed it. Ken-Tron remains today a closely held corporation dedicated to providing quality, value and service to its customers.
