DCHS to honor Luther Beatley – Feb. 11

Daviess County High School is hosting a special night of recognition in honor of longtime teacher and statistician/scorekeeper Luther Beatley starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, in the DCHS Media Center. The school is located at 4255 New Hartford Road. 

Mr. Beatley taught mathematics for 33 years. He also served as official basketball scorekeeper for the DCHS Panthers for 60 years, and as statistician for the DCHS football team for 50 seasons. 

Family and friends, as well as current and former students, faculty, players and coaches are invited to attend this special event to express appreciation to Mr. Beatley for his outstanding support of Daviess County High School and its student-athletes.
