“You have a choice. Recover at home”

Community Home Health Care began providing home health services in 1983 with one aim; to provide the highest quality of care to the individuals they serve, all in the convenience and comfort of their HOMES. It is from this humble beginning that they have grown and expanded.

They currently provide Home health services to 7 counties in North Western Kentucky (Daviess, Hancock, Ohio, McLean, Union, Webster and Henderson counties). Their website explains the multitude of Home Health Services which they offer. Each of these services are tailored to your individual needs and designed to keep you as independent as possible. In some cases, their services can provide you an alternative to a lengthy hospital stay or nursing home care. You will also learn how to begin using their services and the various methods of payment for services available including: medicare, medicaid, insurance and self-pay. Services are provided 7 days a week/24 hours per day. In addition, a registered nurse is always on call. Their employees are a team of professionals who are trained and supervised to provide you the individual care you require, all in the familiar surroundings of your home.

Contact them today so they can answer all your questions including: What counties does CHHC cover? How does a patient begin receiving CHS Home Health Care services? How long does a home care visit last?
