There was a new study, this time in Ohio, figured the top companies people hate to talk to and usually end up getting frustrated to the point of swearing on the phone.

1.  Satellite TV providers . . . with one swear word every 82 calls.  They clearly didn't listen to my mother when she talks to the satellite TV provider.  It was a swear word every 82 seconds.
